  • Ayus Health specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, life transitions, adjustment-related concerns, and antidepressant deprescribing for select individuals taking SSRI medications.

    Treatment is personalized and may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, mindfulness practices, breathwork, somatic awareness, lifestyle interventions, and therapy-informed approaches designed to help individuals cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing.

    Future offerings may include in-person services such as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), psychotherapy, hormone optimization, and psychedelic-assisted therapies.

  • Simply schedule an appointment online. Prior to your visit, you'll complete intake paperwork and any required forms. During the initial appointment, we'll discuss your concerns, goals, health history, and determine the most appropriate path forward together.

  • Please join your appointment from a private, quiet, and well-lit location where you can speak openly and comfortably.

    Due to licensing requirements, clients must be physically located in New Jersey at the time of each appointment.

    • Minimize distractions whenever possible

    • Avoid driving or operating a vehicle during appointments

    • Ensure your device is charged and connected to a reliable internet connection

    • Use headphones if privacy is a concern

    • Be appropriately dressed for the appointment

    • Have a list of current medications available if applicable

    • Comprehensive Evaluation & Consultation (initial visit)
      Allow 60 to 90 minutes — $250

    • Standard Therapeutic Treatment
      Up to 30 minutes — $170

    • Extended Therapeutic Treatment
      Up to 60 minutes — $240

  • At this time, Ayus Health does not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulant medications, benzodiazepines, or sleep medications.

  • Not everyone requires lab work. Depending on your symptoms, medical history, current medications, or treatment goals, laboratory testing may be recommended as part of a comprehensive evaluation.

    If you have recent lab work available, you're encouraged to upload it with your intake documents. Prior results can provide helpful clinical information and may reduce the need for duplicate testing.
